The academic Draft Common Frame of Reference is at the center of lively discussions in European private law. In this volume, leading advocates of different points of view in German private law deal with fundamental issues and the main goals of this draft. In their in-depth research, they provide a detailed analysis of the main issues ranging from precontractual duties to unjustified enrichment.
